Engineering Leadership Development
17 years inside engineering teams at Bosch, Siemens and Continental taught me something no leadership book could: technical excellence and human behaviour run on completely different operating systems. I help bridge that gap.

The real challenge
The skills that made them exceptional as engineers — precision, independent problem-solving, skepticism — become liabilities when leading people who need to feel heard, not optimised.
Engineering culture treats admitting uncertainty as weakness. So they struggle in silence, manage from behind the screen, and wonder why the team's morale is dropping while delivery is still on track.
Generic leadership workshops feel abstract and irrelevant to engineers. Without a connection to the technical realities they live in daily, the content evaporates within a week.
Retention issues, silent resignations, teams that deliver but never innovate. By the time the pattern is obvious, you've already lost people you can't easily replace.
What I offer
I'm not a generic leadership trainer who read a book about engineers. I spent 17 years as one — mechanical design engineer, team leader, group leader, senior engineer at Robert Bosch, Siemens and Continental. I left to study clinical psychology because I realised the real bottleneck in engineering organisations was never the technical problems.
My programmes apply rigorous psychological frameworks in a language and format that engineering teams actually respect. Short, evidence-based, practical.
Focused sessions on ego dynamics, communication patterns, conflict mechanics, and stress adaptation — applied directly to engineering team contexts. No generic slides.
Enquire →Vector 360 assessment, Process Communication Model® profiling, and Team & Workplace Dynamics Inventory — giving you a map of how your team actually functions, not how you think it does.
Enquire →Monthly webinar plus group coaching format — bite-sized enough to fit into engineering schedules, consistent enough to actually produce change. Theory followed immediately by application.

Practical, psychologically informed development for teams navigating change, new responsibilities, and more demanding ways of working.
Each programme combines live learning with group coaching so that ideas are not only understood, but applied to real situations. The work is designed for teams that want meaningful development rather than a one-off training event.
A focused intervention around one specific leadership or team challenge. Fast, targeted, measurable.
Sustained development for teams ready to build skills, identify patterns, and shift behaviour over time.
A comprehensive leadership-development partnership combining team insight, coaching, individual support, and long-term integration.
Tell me what your team is navigating, and we will shape the right level of support.
Assessments and individual coaching are quoted separately and confirmed in the proposal. Final investment depends on team size, assessment requirements, group-coaching format, and agreed scope.
Background
I have sat in the engineering meetings, managed the teams, reported to the directors, and felt the pressure of delivery deadlines. I know what it looks like from the inside. That's what makes the work different.
I'm currently completing an MA in Clinical Health Psychology alongside my training and coaching practice. My approach is grounded in clinical frameworks — not pop-psychology.
