Mikrotréning® emerged from the powerful fusion of my two lifelong passions: engineering precision and a deep fascination with human psychology. Since my teenage years, the intricacies of human behavior and the mind have captivated me. While building a nearly two-decade career in engineering, I never lost my curiosity about the human element behind every technical challenge. This persistent passion led me back to academia to study psychology, driven by one central question: how can we blend technical mastery with human skills to spark genuine, lasting growth?

In my years as an engineer, leadership mentor, and auditor, a consistent truth became clear: no matter the complexity of a technical problem, its roots almost always trace back to personal or interpersonal dynamics—whether blind spots, ego clashes, or stress responses that weaken teamwork and performance.
