Mikrotréning®s were born from the unique intersection of my deep engineering expertise and a lifelong passion for human psychology. From my teenage years, I was captivated by the complexities of human behaviour and the workings of the mind. Though I built a successful engineering career spanning nearly two decades, my curiosity about people and personal development never waned. This enduring passion eventually compelled me to return to academia to study psychology, driven by one powerful question: How can technical expertise and human skills be combined to create lasting, meaningful growth?
Origins and Vision
Throughout my years as an engineer, leadership mentor, and auditor, I noticed a clear pattern: even the most complex technical challenges often stem from personal and interpersonal dynamics—blind spots, ego clashes, or stress responses that weaken collaboration and performance. I became convinced that “every technical problem can be traced back to a personal problem.” That insight inspired me to create Mikrotréning®: a blended learning solution designed not only to close technical skill gaps but also to overcome the often-hidden psychological barriers that stall real change.

It avoids the pitfalls of long, disruptive workshops by delivering knowledge and skills in manageable, bite-sized sessions that encourage continuous engagement and practical application. The outcome is deep, lasting development perfectly tailored to the demands and realities of today’s professionals.
Program Structure
A typical Mikrotréning® program is a year-long journey intentionally crafted to foster real, sustained growth. It includes 12 monthly webinars focused on key topics for engineers and technical leaders, such as: Cognitive biases in engineering, Overcoming analysis paralysis, The ups and downs of over- and underconfidence, Conscious and unconscious group dynamics, etc...
To reinforce learning and drive team cohesion, biweekly group coaching sessions provide a supportive space to reflect and apply new insights. Alongside this, individual coaching is available on demand throughout the program, providing personalized guidance exactly when it’s needed.
